SHIPPING:
We do everything in our power to bring you the best service of our products POSSIBLE but we do need our customers to help us out. We do have a HIGH DEMAND for our products and we try our best to please everyone because we appreciate your business, however, we do need TIME to do this. We ask that you allow up to 3-5 DAYS (from the order date) for your order to be processed and SHIPPED. This will give us plenty of time to process and PREPARE your order to the best of our ability so that YOU can be satisfied with your order. TRACKING NUMBERS will be sent via EMAIL. We do understand excitement and anxiousness with our customers and we appreciate that but we do not believe in RUSHING orders with this company because we do not like retention.
Now we are not saying that it will always take 3-5 days to ship because with most orders, it will NOT (because most of our products are premade), but our products do sell... so we may need time for preparation. We do ASK that you don't contact us about your order until after the 3-5 DAY incubation. Reason is because when we constantly have to update customers on orders, that takes away from processing time and we (as a team) need to stay FOCUS on preparing orders and getting them shipped timely.
PRODUCTS:
Please understand that ALL products we offer are CUSTOM/HAND MADE or blended. Having said that, supplies & materials are NEEDED to do this and WE have to purchase it. We cannot run a successful business or provide great service to our customers when we steady have to issue UNREASONABLE refunds. We are very big on communication here at Rose Therapy and if your product requires more time, we do "RESERVE the right" to have more time beyond the 3-5 day incubation to complete the task at hand without issuing a refund and we will communicate. We do NOT issue refunds because everything can be changed or corrected if a customer isn't satisfied but a refund is never needed UNLESS your order was never shipped and you never received tracking, which is very unlikely. We are NOT responsible for any packages once they've shipped but all customers are entitled to 1 REPLACEMENT of any item that is lost or damaged during shipping & delivery. You will receive a tracking number, we advise you to watch the movement of your order and contact the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE or UPS if there are ANY issues in the delivery process. We are fully aware of "buyers regret" and we have a zero tolerance of that when shopping with us so we do ASK that you please do not purchase anything that you cannot compensate or afford. Our products aren't going anywhere, you can always come back and shop with us at a later time. This will tone down RETENTION and keep things in line and healthy for everyone.
